Accessible Estonian Lace

Description: Create a double looping cowl or scarf, featuring a flowing leaf Estonian lace pattern and knit in our affordably luxurious new sport weight yarn, Bliss. Length customizable.
Prerequisite/homework: Students should feel comfortable with k2tog, ssk, and YO.
Materials: 3 (or more) 50g balls of Sugar Bush Yarns Bliss (70% Merino, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere), US 5 needles for knitting flat, size 3.75 mm (or approximate) crochet hook. Pattern included in cost of class.
Skills learned: Provisional cast on, selvedge edge, basic chart reading, two alternative decreases found in Estonian lace. Come back when finished for assistance with kitchener or the three needle bind off, if needed.
