Inaugural Tampa Bay Yarn Crawl Posted on 09 Feb 10:52 , 4 comments

Thursday, February 25th through Sunday, February 28th

Yarn lovers start your engines! The Bay Area Knitting Guild is organizing the first ever (and hopefully annual) Tampa Bay Yarn Crawl! Four days, six shops and 89 miles of yarn filled fun. Pick up your passport at one of the participating shops, A Good Yarn, Criativity, Fab Fiber, Fiber Art, Picasso's Moon or yours truly, get it stamped at each shop and be entered to win a fantastic prize package worth over $200.

Want more free stuff? Silly question, right? Stash will also be doing daily drawings for all the things yarn lovers love. We're stocking up on more yarn including a Trunk Show from our friends at Blue Sky Alpacas and some exciting new yarns for our shop.

Need some learning while your crawling? Keith Leonard from Knits All Done will be teaching two classes on Saturday, February 27th, Flawless Finishing and Fixing Mistakes. And if you have a project for him to finish feel free to drop it off at Stash before Saturday and save on shipping it to him. If you haven't seen his meticulous work check his before and after shots on Facebook.

You'll want to be following us on social media too, because we'll be tweeting, gramming, posting, pinning, and raveling some secret deals. Plan to spend some extra time when you come to Stash 'cause rumor has it some of my shop neighbors will also have some deals for you. And there's some good eatin' and drinkin' on the block when you need to refuel.
